Delray Beach “Hackathon” – Monday August 19th

Delray Beach Center for the Arts is partnering with Startup Delray to explore creative possibilities for the Center’s future, and we need your help! We’re asking community leaders, entrepreneurs, technologists, makers, writers, artists, musicians, educators, businesses, and students to participate in an evening of discussion and innovation, hosted by Startup Delray. In the world of computer programming a “hackathon” refers to a large group of programmers gathering to collaborate on a specific project. We would like you to “hack” Delray Beach Center for the Arts and generate creative ideas for building upon our already successful programming and exciting new uses for our existing spaces. We are particularly interested in exploring STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) programming for youth and young adults.
