Delray Beach Playhouse Announces an Evening to Remember


The Delray Beach Playhouse announces a New Children’s Theatre Scholarship Fund.Theendowmentisbeingestablished by the Robert M. Sandelman Foundation with a $25,000 donation that will support The Children’s Theatre scholarships and programming beginning January 1, 2013. All proceeds from this benefit night will also go to the New Children’s Theatre Scholarship Fund. Dinner will include favorite Italian dishes compliments of Carrabba’s Italian Grill, salads, and desserts.

After dinner a performance of The Sound Of Music will begin on the Main Stage at 8:00pm. This Rogers and Hammerstein Musical tells the story of Maria von Trapp and the seven children who changed her life forever. THE SOUND OF MUSIC opens on November 30 and plays through December 16.
