Executive Chef/Partner Patrick Broadhead Heads Kitchen at Max’s Harvest

The Max Group Executive Chef and Partner Patrick Broadhead, who teamed with Chef Chris Miracolo to create the award-winning menu and farm to fork concept at Max’s Harvest, officially took over the reigns at the Delray Beach establishment in mid- February. Chef Miracolo has been hired as the executive chef of Fort Lauderdale’s Restaurant People’s new beachfront establishment S3. “I am so grateful to the Max Group for my tenure as Executive Chef at Max’s Harvest. This was an experience that allowed me to spread my wings and propel me to the next level,” said Miracolo. “I feel privileged to have worked with Dennis Max and Patrick over the years and couldn’t be more proud of what our team has created at Harvest. It helped me form bonds with wonderful farmers and friends and truly opened the doors for this new opportunity.”

Broadhead, who worked with Miracolo in the creation of the Max’s Harvest menu, helped cultivate its relationships with local farmers; and helped manage the opening in 2011, will serve as executive chef, working alongside the restaurant’s existing culinary team. “All of us at The Max Group are so proud of Chris and delighted that another ‘Max alumnus’ has been presented with an incredible opportunity,” said Dennis Max. “The Max family prides itself on grooming a generation of South Florida’s best chefs and industry professionals.
