(Serves 4) 8 cups mixed salad greens 4 ounces honey-infused chevre 2 ounce pistachios 1 cup strawberries, sliced 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 4 tablespoons Olive Taste Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar pinch kosher salt Directions: Divide the salad greens between two plates; top with the strawberries, nuts and cheese.
