The state’s SHINE program (Serving Health Insurance Needs of Elders) has opened a counseling site at The Volen Center located at 1515 W Palmetto Park Rd in Boca Raton. SHINE is a volunteer program of the Florida Department of Elder Affairs that empowers elders to make informed decisions about their health care coverage.
