The business professionals under forty group, PULSE of the Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce, will be hosting the quarterly luncheon on June 17 at 11:45am at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse. The luncheon will feature a panel discussion of up and coming business leaders in the Boca Raton community who are members of the PULSE committee including: Michael Church, Owner/LMT of Elements Therapeutic Massage; Andy Cohen, President of Cutting Edge Recruiting Solutions; and Jason Doherty, Partner and Director of R2 Unified Technologies. John Ruhl, Managing Director of The Ruhl Financial Group and PULSE Committee Chair will facilitate the panel, who will discuss a variety of topics such as challenges they have faced, short and long term goals, maintaining a healthy work life balance and other topics relevant to the today’s professional and entrepreneur. “These are three active business leaders in their companies, the community of entrepreneurial professionals and Boca Raton. They have encountered great successes and have learned along the way and this is the chance for them to share their opinions, thoughts and experiences with a group of like-minded individuals in the community,” John Ruhl, PULSE Chair and The Ruhl Financial Group, Northwestern Mutual. Here is more about each of the panel members: Michael Church is the owner of Elements Therapeutic Massage in Boca Raton and has been in the spa, health and wellness industry since 2006. His luxury hotel and spa background includes opening and managing the Viceroy Miami Spa, the Viceroy Anguilla Spa, and Coldwater Creek The Spa. He also has strong business sales and finance background working for two Fortune 500 companies, Fidelity Investments and ADP before entering the spa industry. Andy Cohen has lived in Boca Raton since 2004 and began Cutting Edge Recruiting Solutions (CERS) in 2009. Cohen has over 15 years of practical leadership experience in the staffing industry. In five years, CERS has recruited over twenty-three thousand people and that number is exponentially increasing. Cohen is an innovative, process driven leader who has proven he can build, even failing organizations, to new records regardless of the market and economic challenges. Jason Doherty, a Partner and Director of Sales for R2 Unified Technologies, has been responsible for the company’s growth from a 2008 startup to 2014 multi-million dollar company who is annually recognized as one of South Florida’s fastest growing technology companies by the South Florida Business Journal.
