Come inside the museum to view the latest exhibitions or shop at the museum store which carries items reflecting the Japanese cultural aesthetic. 12:30 pm – Have a light lunch at the Cornell Café at the Morikami – the menu offers everything from sushi to crabcakes to green tea ice cream. A 3⁄4 mile elevated boardwalk winds through a tranquil space of ponds and marshes. More than 140 species of birds have been spotted there along with iguanas, turtles, alligators and more.
