The long-lasting, successful brown-bag lunchtime program for women, Lunch with Liz @ the Library, starts up again Oct. 1, and continues on the first Thursday of each month during the season from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. The program is facilitated by Liz Sterling, an integral part of the South Florida community for more than 20 years. Many know Liz from her Inner Views radio show. She is the founder of Sterling Communication Services and an editor of features for The Happy Herald and Balance Magazine. She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling and Human Development.
