Rapoport’s Restaurant Group Rolls Out Unified Loyalty Program, Rapoport’s Rewards

Rapoport’s Restaurant Group, South Palm Beach County’s largest independent restaurant group, rolled out a restaurant-wide loyalty program for patrons this past July. The free, no obligation membership program, Rapoport’s Rewards, enables members a host of unique monthly perks and dining rewards, interchangeable at five of Rapoport’s eateries including Henry’s, Bogart’s Bar & Grille, Deck 84, E & J’s Sandwich Shop and Burt & Max’s. Guests earn points for every dollar spent and earn monies back on their card that can be applied towards future dining visits. “We designed Rapoport’s Rewards to be simple and user friendly. We sought to create a program that would reward customers and new guests for their loyal patronage, and one that would not only reward our guest but also make them aware of all our unique restaurants,” explains Burt Rapoport, President of Rapoport’s Restaurant Group. “Rapoport’s Rewards gives our guests an extra incentive to visit all the other locations and enjoy them as well.” Membership with Rapoport’s Rewards is free. To become a member, visit any Rapoport’s Restaurant Group location to receive your Preferred Member card. Members can start accumulating points that same day. For every dollar spent, one dining point will be earned. Members will receive $30 on their cards automatically after every 500 points earned. As an introductory offer, guests only need 300 points to receive $30 back, valid until October 31, 2013. Members can activate their cards online at RapoportsRG.com/Rewards or at one of the kiosks in participating restaurants. Additional perks will include $25 birthday bonuses, monthly double point offers, and exclusive dining deals. Rapoport’s Restaurant Group, who operates more dining seats than any other restaurant group in South Palm Beach County, approximately 960 seats, plans to make the most of this potential customer base. Rapoport’s Restaurant Group launched their first rewards program at Henry’s in June 2009. At the end of 2012, the program had accumulated over 11,000 members.
