Recipe of the Month: Strawberry & Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar Salad


Serves 4

  • 8 Cups mixed salad greens
  • 4 oz honey-infused chevre (goat cheese)
  • 2 oz. toasted slivered almonds
  • 4 Tablespoons OTD Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Cup Strawberries, sliced
  • 4 Tablespoons OTD Arbequina extra virgin olive oil
  • Pinch Kosher Salt

Directions: Divide the salad greens between 4 plates; top with the strawberries, almonds and cheese. Whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt in a small bowl until well combined. Drizzle over salad and serve.
