- 8 Cups mixed salad greens
- 4 oz honey-infused chevre (goat cheese)
- 2 oz. toasted slivered almonds
- 4 Tablespoons OTD Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Cup Strawberries, sliced
- 4 Tablespoons OTD Arbequina extra virgin olive oil
- Pinch Kosher Salt
Directions: Divide the salad greens between 4 plates; top with the strawberries, almonds and cheese. Whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt in a small bowl until well combined. Drizzle over salad and serve.
