ROK:BRGR burger bar + gastropub headed to downtown Delray

ROK:BRGR burger bar + gastropub has announced plans open in downtown Delray Beach.

The restaurant will be located at 4 E. Atlantic Ave., formerly Tryst. It will be the fourth ROK:BRGR location.

Officials say they hope to open early February.

“We are excited to be opening our fourth ROK:BRGR location in Delray Beach, Fla. It is a perfect fit to compliment the Ave.,” said Marc Falsetto Co-Founder/Partner of ROK:BRGR. “We chose Delray because of its location, energy and distance to Boca/West Palm Beach. Its just a perfect fit for what we do and the space couldn’t be any better.”

The beverage program will consist of signature hand crafted cocktails, craft beers and an extensive whiskey program. The cocktail list will spotlight interpretations of classic American cocktails and prohibition era spirits while using seasonal and local ingredients. The restaurant boasts over 50 crafts beers and will highlight local breweries from Wynwood, Miami, West Palm and Fort Lauderdale.
