    STRAWBERRY & DARK CHOCOLATE BALSAMIC VINEGAR SALAD Serves 4 8 cups mixed salad greens 4 ounces honey-infused chevre 2 ounce pistachios 1 cup strawberries, sliced 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 4 tablespoons Olive Taste Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar pinch kosher salt Directions: Divide the salad greens between two plates; top with the strawberries, nuts and cheese. Whisk the olive oil, vinegar and salt together in a small bowl until well combined. Drizzle over the salads and serve.
